The Agency helps Quebec SMEs directly by providing counselling services and financial assistance. It also encourages regional business communities and the organizations which support them.

Providing materials, information services, and programs to assist patrons, to nurture literacy and life-long learning, to spark curiosity and to inspire dreams.

The forum aims to increase the market for ethically traded products through policy development at the municipal and institutional levels and by co-operating to increase public awareness and develop locally-based regional alternatives for ethical trade.
