Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) International has released aggregate data about the CFRE 2005 exams, highlighting how applicants fared on the test overall and areas where fundraisers may need to improve.

Earlier this year, the federal government imposed a funding freeze on the Summer Career Placement Program that gives subsidies to businesses and non-profit groups so they can hire students. This change has resulted in the loss of hundreds of summer jobs in some parts of Canada.
